| Cultivation Advice | Seeds can be sown between March-May covering with some perlite or finely sieved compost. Place the pots into a heated propagator and after the seeds have germinated transplant the seedlings into individual pots when large enough to handle. Germination can take up to 3 weeks. The plants will thrive in sun or partial shade and can be moved outdoors when all danger of frost is passed. |
| Skörd(x) | Skörda färska blad hela sommaren. Mitt på sommaren brukar de bli grova och tråkiga. Då skär man ner plantan till hälften varefter det snabbt kommer nya blad. Förvaring: Bladen kan torkas, bäst är före blommningen. Häng upp plantan och plocka bladen när de torkat. Torkade blad förvaras i tättslutande kärl och mörkt. |

| Kort om odling | Förkultiveras inomhus i såjord mars-april. Täck med perlit och ställ varmt. Omplanteras till näringsberikad jord. Utplanteras efter avhärdning när frostrisken är över. Odlas med fördel i kruka som övervintras frostfritt i kallväxthus eller liknande. Vintertäck gärna med löv, ris eller kompost. |
