Delivery

All international orders are shipped with PostNord out of our warehouse in Avanäs, Sweden. We are shipping to whole EU

Postnord Mail EU: 29 SEK (< 100 g)

Postnord Package EU: 69 SEK (< 500 g) 

Shipping Time (outside of Sweden)

Orders with will leave our warehouse the following week and arrive in your post mail box in 2-5 days

Tracking Your Order 

It´s not posible for tracking mail EU. For package EU you can see the tracking to the swedish border.

Receiving Your Order

Notify us immediately to hello@klostra.se of any items that are missing or damaged. Please do not discard any damaged items or shipping materials.

If your package was lost or stolen contact us at least 2 weeks after you have got comfirmation of the shipment.   NOTE: Refunds are not granted for packages lost after being delivered to the address you provided to us.
