| Cultivation Advice | Sow in March-May lightly covering the seed with coarse vermiculite as the seeds require light to germinate. Maintain a temperature of 68F until the seeds germinate which can take 7-21 days and then reduce temperature to 60F. Grow on in a sunny well ventilated position and water early in the day to prevent botrytis. For best results, when planting out, grow Gypsophila in moist but very well drained soil. Deadhead spent blooms regularly to encourage repeat flowering. |
