Planteras sedan ut på växtplats höst eller vår. |

Cultivation Advice | Surface sow onto moist well drained seed compost. Gently press the seeds into the soil but do not cover. Maintain a temperature of 60-64F. Germination can be slow and erratic taking between 3-12 weeks. If germination does not occur place the seeds into a polythene bag and cold stratify at 40F for 2-4 weeks then returning to the warmth for germination. Transplant seedlings into the garden when large enough to handle. Perovskia prefers a sunny position with poor soil which is well drained. When established cut back to near ground level during the middle of the Spring as this will promote strong new growth. Deadheading may also result in a second flush of flowers. |
